Can I use these coupons at any store?

Yes.  All of our coupons are manufacturer's coupons (unless specified otherwise) and are valid at any store in the United States that accepts manufacturer's coupons (grocery stores, drug stores, Walmart, Target, etc).

What is the minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement.  Order as many or as little as you need.  At times, we will limit the quantity of a specific hot coupon.  This will ensure that all of our customers have the opportunity to order that particular coupon.

When will the new coupons be available to order?

The new coupon inventory will be added on Wednesday by 9pm EST and Thursday by 7pm EST.  We also add coupons throughout the week, so shoot us a message if you don't see what you're looking for.

Why does it say that my First Class shipping cost is $5.00, and not $1.50?

You are ordering lots of coupons and they will not all fit into our standard envelope.  Your order will also include tracking which will eliminate any non-delivery/lost package claims.

Why did the item I previously added to my cart disappear before I could checkout?

Items are not reserved when added to your shopping cart and will disappear if they happen to go out of stock before you checkout.  Although this is a rare occurrence, it can happen with especially popular coupons. Since our inventory is calculated in real time, quantity is only reduced after an order is placed and paid for - not when it is simply put into a shopping cart.

What are my payment choices?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase.  We do not store your credit card information.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Florida.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST (Monday through Saturday) will ship that same day.  Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the next business day.  You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.  You can also view your order information under ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.

My order never arrived.

If it has been more than 9 business days since your order shipped and you have still not received it, please contact us.  Keep in mind that if you selected a mailing method without a tracking option, it will be impossible for us to locate your shipment.

I received the wrong item.

If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue.
